Shipping & Returns
Finesse's international orders may require 3-5 business days of additional processing prior to shipment. Delivery time and price are specified at time of payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is received within our online store’s system. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order or part of it is shipped. The email will include the tracking number for your order.
Please note that our delivery system operates on sunday through thursday excluding Israeli holidays.
At Finesse we do our best to provide you with high quality products and excellent service, however, if for any reason you're interested in cancelling a placed order or returning a shipped order, please notice us through our customer service Email- firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelations executed prior to shipment, will be refunded with a deduction of a cancelation fee.
Cancelations executed after shipment and no more than 14 days from purchase, will be refunded with a deduction of a cancellation fee and shipping expenses, given the items are returned to Finesse.
Cancelation fee is calculated by 5% of purchase value, with a minimum total of 30.00 USD.
Please note that if a customer pays with a credit card which does not permit refunds, Finesse will not be able to credit him/her with a different method.
